Obituary of Henry J. Cistrelli

Henry J. Cistrelli, 88, of Elizabeth, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 13, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Henry was born in Elizabeth and was a lifelong resident of the city. He worked as an installer for AT&T in Newark, NJ for 42 years. One of his favorite pastimes was watching baseball and football since he was a diehard Yankees and Giants fan. Henry also was a veteran serving his country in the US Navy. His top priority was always his family and he loved being a grandfather. He was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Filomena Cistrelli and by his siblings, Lawrence, Joseph, Nicholas, Frank, and Loretta. Henry is survived by his wife of 65 years Antoinette(Siravo) Cistrelli, his children; Diane Skwirut (Chet), Donna La Salle, Darlene Alfano (John), and Henry J. Cistrelli, Jr. (Stacie), his grandchildren; Dana, Brittany, Anthony, Ryan, Samantha, Sara, and William and his great-grandchildren; Isabella and Giavanna.
