Dolores Maria (Lola) Farpon, 83, of North Plainfield, NJ passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Dolores was born in Havana, Cuba and emigrated to Elizabeth, NJ in 1965 where she lived for 40 years. She relocated to Cranford, NJ where she resided prior to moving to North Plainfield, NJ 3 years ago. Dolores worked for 20 years at Merck in Kenilworth, NJ as a machine operator before retiring in 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Beatriz L. Annis, and her husband Barry, her grandchildren; Leatriz, Chelsee, Devin, and Alexis, her sister, Maria Cristina (Nana), her nieces; Veronica, and Chrissy and husband Mike; her great nephews; Miguel, and Christian, and her great niece, Micaela. She is also survived by her many adopted grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the Petruccelli Funeral Home, 232 Christine Street, Elizabeth, NJ from 8:30am until 9:45am followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint Anthony's of Padua R.C. Church, Elizabeth, NJ at 10:30am. Entombment will be at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden, NJ.
